Yes, all our apartments require a minimum stay of one month.

When you reserve your temporary rental, you can choose from various payment methods, including credit card and bank transfer.
All of our properties are rented in accordance with Article 3.2 of Law 29/1994 on Urban Leases (LAU), the Spanish law that governs rental contracts for urban properties. The rentals are intended exclusively for temporary stays, whether for remote work, professional placements, work-related travel or other temporary reasons, and under no circumstances shall it constitute the tenant’s permanent residence, long-term rental or tourist accommodation.
Yes, a security deposit is necessary to cover any potential damage caused by the tenant during their stay. It is typically refunded within 20 days of your departure.
An additional fee for laundry and cleaning services will be charged upfront on your first month’s bill, after your departure.
Electricity is not included in the rental price.

For legal and contractual reasons, we can only rent to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Minors are not able to enter into rental agreements under the law.
