The villa combines traditional Mallorcan character – with its stone façade and wooden shutters and modern comforts, including centralised heating, full air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and a fully equipped modern kitchen designed for longer stays.
Inside, the living room offers a cosy space with sofas, dining table and chairs, satellite TV and a beautiful fireplace that makes the house especially warm and inviting during the cooler months perfect for creating a romantic atmosphere or a relaxing evening after a day of hiking. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, plus a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom and walk-in shower. Every window frame beautiful view of the surrounding gardens and mountains.
There are also an outdoor bathroom and shower, along with plenty of space and a charcoal BBQ.
Monthly Rental Rates – October 2025 to March 2026
From October to March, is available for monthly rentals.
The rate for October is €3,950 per month.
From November to March, the monthly rent is:
€3,750 for a one-month stay.
€3,550 per month for a two-month stay.
€3,250 per month for a three-month stay.
€3,200 per month for a five-month stay.
