July – August – September: €4,500/month, minimum rental period of 1 month. Bookings of 3 months or longer receive a 10% discount. (Includes the first €50 of electricity consumption, with meter reading at the start of the contract).
This property is offered exclusively for temporary rentals (minimum stay of 31 nights) in accordance with Article 3.2 of Law 29/1994 on Urban Leases (LAU).
