The finca offers four spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, several lounge areas – including one with an open fireplace – and plenty of flexible spaces for working, relaxing or gathering together. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, and high-speed WiFi throughout, along with a fully equipped kitchen designed for extended stays.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy manicured gardens, a large swimming pool with sun loungers, a chill-out area, and a shaded barbecue and dining space. Among its unique highlights is a centuries-old Tafona, now an agricultural museum with its original olive press, as well as a 12th-century watchtower, once used to defend locals from pirates – visits can be arranged on request.
The property offers 950 m² of exclusive guest use, ensuring total privacy, while the owners have independent access to a separate part of the estate.
Monthly Rental Rates – October 2025 to March 2026
From October to May, Finca Son Esteve is available for monthly rentals.
The rate for October is €7,000 per month.
From November to March, the monthly rent is:
€5,950 for a one-month stay.
€5,750 per month for a two-month stay.
€5,550 per month for a three-month stay.
€5,400 per month for a five-month stay.
This property is rented in accordance with Article 3.2 of Law 29/1994 on Urban Leases (LAU).
