Monthly Rental Rates
Minimum stay 30 days
From November to March, the monthly rent is: €1,850, with a one-month minimum stay.
April and May €2,250, with a one-month minimum stay.
June and September €4,250, with a one-month minimum stay.
July and August €6,750, with a one-month minimum stay.
This property is rented in accordance with Article 3.2 of Law 29/1994 on Urban Leases (LAU).
