The first floor features an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space and lounge, all designed to make the most of the panoramic views through its large windows. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed.
The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Monthly Rental Rates – October 2025 to March 2026
From October to March, is available for monthly rentals.
The rate for October is €2,950 per month.
From November to March, the monthly rent is:
€2,750 for a one-month stay.
€2,550 per month for a two-month stay.
€2,250 per month for a three-month stay.
€2,200 per month for a five-month stay.
This property is rented in accordance with Article 3.2 of Law 29/1994 on Urban Leases (LAU).
