Monthly Rental Rates – October 2025 to March 2026
From October to May, Finca Son Catiu is available for monthly rentals.
The rate for October is €3,750 per month.
From November to March, the monthly rent is:
€3,500 for a one-month stay.
€3,300 per month for a two-month stay.
€3,200 per month for a three-month stay.
€3,000 per month for a five-month stay.
In April and May, the monthly rental rate is €4,500.
This property is rented in accordance with Article 3.2 of Law 29/1994 on Urban Leases (LAU).
