Monthly Rental Rates – October 2025 to March 2026
From October to March, is available for monthly rentals.
The rate for October is €4,250 per month.
From November to March, the monthly rent is:
€3,950 for a one-month stay.
€3,750 per month for a two-month stay.
€3,550 per month for a three-month stay.
€3,400 per month for a five-month stay.
This property is rented in accordance with Article 3.2 of Law 29/1994 on Urban Leases (LAU).
